These shells have been so much fun to play with and are great for helping my kids learn the alphabet. So colorful too!

My son loves these! We put them in his little inflatable pool as they float and he fishes them out with his little scoop and play letter and color games with them - great investment!

What kid doesnt like to play in the sand!? My students love using this activity and searching for letters they recognize. I recommend using this outside or on a floor that can be easily be cleaned up, sand may get spilled a little.

I love these! I bury the letters we've learned so far and the kids get excited about finding them. You can also hide all of the letters and have the kids find the letters of their names.

Well, they are just so-so. I imagined that students might ID the letters and try to line them up after they found them... not so. Mostly they try to stack them and build things. There are better toys for that purpse!

These are a great, easy way to give my K students an academic focus to what they call a "fun" center! I have used these for a variety of matching games: match the letter you find to a printed card of letters, pictures of things that start with those letters, word family or basic sight words, etc.

My students love digging for sea shells in the sand table during center time! They like to take a scoop full of sand and watch it flow through the lid of the bucket until they have a few shells. They hurry to find me to show me the letter that we just talked about during our large group lesson!
